Network Kings – Course Renewal, Batch Change & Course Change Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Course Renewal Policy (Post-Expiry Within 90 Days)

Access to Live Class Recordings expires at the end of the subscription period. Students may renew their access within 90 days of course expiry under the following terms:

1.1 Single Module Renewal

• Fee: ₹4,999 per year

• Includes: One-year access to the recordings of the selected module.

1.2 Master Program Renewal

• Fee: ₹9,999 per year

• Includes: One-year access to recordings of the entire enrolled Master Program.

1.3 Upgrade Option – All Access Pass

Students may choose to upgrade to the All Access Pass, which provides access to all available courses and recordings under Network Kings as per the terms of that plan.

Note: Students are not eligible for renewal after 90 days from the course expiry date.

2. Batch Change Policy

Students may request to move to another live batch under the following structure:

2.1 Batch Change Within 2 Sessions

Fee: No Cost

2.2 Batch Change From 3 to 7 Sessions

Fee: ₹999

2.3 Batch Change From 7 to 10 Sessions

Fee: ₹1,999

2.4 Batch Change After 10 Sessions

Fee: 50% of the course fee

A “session” refers to completed live classes in the currently enrolled batch.

3. Additional Terms

• Renewal fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Batch change approvals are subject to seat availability.

• Network Kings reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

4. Course Change Policy

Students may request to move to a different course (e.g., CCNA to DevOps, or Cloud to Cybersecurity) under the following terms:

4.1 Course Change after Admission till 2 Classes

Fee: No Cost

4.2 Course Change After attending 3 to 7 Sessions

Fee: ₹2,999

4.3 Course Change From 7 to 10 Sessions

Fee: ₹4,999

4.4 Course Change After 10 Sessions

Fee: 50% of the course fee
